This site (“MiStudio”, also known as “MiIncome in a Box”) is a demonstration and evaluation environment operated by STP Insurance Services LLC (“we”, “us”). By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. Demonstration purposes only
The site is provided for product demonstration and technical evaluation by prospective clients and partners. It is not a production service. Features, specifications, pricing, and availability are illustrative and may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice.
2. Not an offer of insurance
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, solicit, or bind insurance, nor financial, insurance, or legal advice. Coverage types, benefit amounts, waiting periods, premiums, and eligibility shown here are sample values used to illustrate API structure and data fields only. They do not describe any product currently available for purchase, and no cover is created by using this site.
Any products ultimately offered would be placed as US surplus lines (non-admitted) business, subject to underwriting, applicable state law, and a written policy. Surplus lines insurers are not licensed by, and insureds are not protected by, state insurance guaranty funds. Availability varies by state and is subject to STP Insurance Services LLC holding the necessary licenses in that state. Services are offered only within the 50 states of the United States. This site is directed to prospective business partners in the United States only and is not intended for use outside the United States.
3. Sandbox and generated specifications
The sandbox returns simulated responses generated in your browser. It does not connect to any live system and processes no real transactions. Do not enter real personal data, health information, financial details, or confidential third-party information into the sandbox or the configuration tool.
Configurations and OpenAPI specifications you generate are provided as-is for evaluation. They are not a commitment that any described endpoint, field, or behaviour will exist in a production integration.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or related systems; probe, scan, or load-test it; interfere with its availability; scrape it in bulk; or use it to develop a competing product. Do not use the site unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
5. Intellectual property
The site and its content, design, documentation, and API specifications are owned by STP Insurance Services LLC or its licensors. You may use them internally to evaluate our services. All other rights are reserved. Trademarks and third-party names shown (including any platform or CRM names used as examples) belong to their respective owners, and their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
6. Third-party references
References to third-party platforms, CRMs, or standards are illustrative and do not imply an existing integration, partnership, or endorsement.
7. No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the information is complete or current.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost profits or business, arising from your use of or reliance on this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Other agreements
If you have a separate written agreement with us, including a non-disclosure agreement, covering access to this site, that agreement prevails over these terms to the extent of any conflict.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after we post an update means you accept it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
